近年来主要从事果蔬精深加工方面研究,主持山东省自然基金青年基金1项,我校高层次人才科研基金1项;参与国家自然基金、科技部等项目6项;在国内外期刊上发表学术论文40余篇,其中,以第一作者发表SCI论文18篇;申请国内外发明专利9项,授权国家发明专利2项。
