  尚梦珊,女,汉族,中共党员,1992年11月生,山东德州人,金沙9001w以诚为本食品科学与工程讲师。主持和参加各类科研课题共3项,其中国家级2项、省部级1项。在变性淀粉的精细结构解析、构-效关系等方面开展了系列研究工作。获授权发明专利4件;发表论文11篇,其中SCI、EI等收录10篇。(150字左右)
